Shipping Information:
AESRacing.net ships via UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service, and truck freight. We offer four shipping options: Standard, Ground, Second Day, and Next Day.
All shipments are sent fully insured. When ordering several items with different estimated ship dates, your order will ship when the total order is complete. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number.
We accept all United States and International orders unless one of our carriers is unable to ship to your location. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Estimated Deliver Times:
All orders take 2 business days for warehouse processing to ensure order accuracy.
The build process for custom products typically takes 4-5 weeks while our machinists custom build your engine to your exact specifications.
Fright Shipping:
If your shipment exceeds 150lbs and requires freight service, you will need to call us to get the exact fright charge. You may call us at (847) 956-1244 to inquire. There may be orders that do not exceed 150lbs but require freight service. In this instance, we will notify you before processing your order for any additional fees.
Shipping Surcharges:
We work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. Certain large or bulky items are considered oversized and/or overweight by our carriers. Therefore a surcharge will be charged depending on the items size and/or weight in addition to our regular shipping charges. These surcharges are based solely on extra charges imposed by FedEx or UPS.
International Shipments:
We welcome international buyers with the fastest and most affordable shipping options. Our webite does not quote international shipping at this time. Please call us at (847) 956-1244 or email sales@aesracing.net for the lowest rate available to your country.
Currently we only accept wired funds or PayPal for our international customers. Please call us for wire instructions at (847) 956-1244.
Duties, fees & import taxes that may apply in your country will be your responsibility, as AES does not have access to this information.
Certain countries have size restrictions that require us to ship through alternate carries. If your country restricts your shipment we will notify you before processing your order for any additional fees.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call AES for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of receipt of product. No custom parts or used product may be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, when the item is returned in the original condition we will provide you a refund based on your original payment method. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. Shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee. All defects in workmanship done by AES may be returned for repair, replacement or credit.
RETURN PROCESS:
Follow these simple steps for a prompt refund: 1.Obtain a Return Authorization number by calling our Sales Department at (847) 956-1244; please have your invoice handy when placing the call. 2. Securely package item(s) in original packaging (including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc.) 3. Include the invoice in the box. 4. Please write RA number on outside of package. For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages. 5. Once your return is received and verified, we will credit your original payment method usually within 15 business days of receipt.

Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition). AES is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. Labor charges by Non-AES facility are not covered. It is the installer's responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to installation. Shipping charges are not refundable.
